How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Homewood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. Chop Suey Inn, Otoro Hibachi and Seoul have no website we could find; we kept them, and added Otoro and Seoul, because each had a 2026 Jefferson County Department of Health inspection at a Homewood address. We left out Mr. Wang’s Buffet on Lakeshore Parkway, which has no website and no 2026 inspection we could find, and sushi counters inside grocery and warehouse stores. The list is alphabetical. Okinawa Sushi & Hibachi Steak House on Wildwood Parkway serves sushi and Japanese dishes, with pickup and delivery ordered through its site. The hours it posts are for takeout, with a midday break on weekdays.
Otoro Hibachi is at 429 Green Springs Highway. It has no website we could find; the county inspected it on April 10, 2026.
Red Pearl Restaurant is the restaurant inside Super Oriental Market on West Valley Avenue, which describes itself as a one-stop shop for Asian groceries and food. The market’s site lists its phone number and delivery through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
Seoul on Green Springs Highway has no website we could find. The county inspected it on July 29, 2026.
