Homewood’s pizza is in two places. Edgewood, on Oxmoor Road, has the city’s sit-down pizza restaurant, Slice Pizza & Brew. West Homewood, on Green Springs Highway and West Valley Avenue, has the carryout and delivery chains: Domino’s, Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. All four take orders online through their own sites, and Domino’s and Pizza Hut stay open the latest.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Homewood’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. We added Pizza Hut, whose own location page gives an address on Green Springs Highway inside the city. We left out Cicis at 808 Green Springs Highway, whose location page showed it closed every day; Godfather’s Pizza and Papa Murphy’s, whose own sites list no Homewood store; and LUCA on 28th Avenue South, which serves pizza but whose website did not load. The places

Domino’s on Green Springs Highway is a location of the national delivery chain. Its store page lists specialty pizzas and several crusts, with carryout and delivery, and gives the latest closing time of any place on this list.

Little Caesars at 406 W. Valley Ave. is a carryout store of the pizza chain. Its store page lists delivery, a drive-thru and Pizza Portal pickup for online orders. The page shows opening times only as a live “open now” message, so call ahead.

Pizza Hut at 437 Green Springs Highway offers carryout, curbside pickup and delivery. Its location page lists the chain’s classic pizzas, such as Meat Lovers and Original Stuffed Crust, along with wings, pasta and desserts.

Slice Pizza & Brew in Edgewood is one of four Slice restaurants in the Birmingham area, alongside Vestavia, Crestline and Lakeview. The company says it has paired specialty pizzas and beer since 2011 in what it calls a funky, casual dining room. The Homewood restaurant takes online orders and caters events.
